The terms governing your use of kids-hockey.com.
By using kids-hockey.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Kids Hockey is an independent directory and research site for youth hockey clubs, camps, tournaments, rinks, and NCAA pathway information, plus a season-cost calculator. We are not USA Hockey, a league, or a governing body, and we don't certify, endorse, or guarantee the quality of any club, camp, tournament, or program listed. Data is provided for informational purposes only.
Our "Sign In" experience is currently a front-end preview (a modal UI) with no real account backend behind it yet. No real account is created today when you interact with it. This section will be updated with full account terms once real sign-in launches.
We do not currently process real payments. Our Pro page describes a planned paid tier and pricing, but billing is not yet connected. See our Refund Policy for current status, and this section for updated payment terms once billing goes live.
The site's design, original text, and compiled directory presentation are owned by [TBD — legal entity name]. Underlying facts about clubs, camps, tournaments, and rinks (names, locations, public contact details) are aggregated from public sources, and we don't claim ownership over those underlying facts themselves.
Please use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it (e.g., scraping at high volume, attempting to bypass access controls, or submitting false information if a submission feature is added in the future).
Data on this site — including Club Scores, rankings, cost estimates, and tier/tryout information — is provided for informational purposes only, sourced from public information and updated periodically rather than in real time. We don't guarantee its accuracy or completeness, and outcomes (NCAA recruitment, tryout results, etc.) referenced anywhere on the site are not promised or guaranteed for any individual player.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kids Hockey is not liable for decisions made based on information found on this site, including club selection, cost planning, or recruiting timing.
These terms are governed by the laws of [TBD — jurisdiction].
We may update these terms as the site's real functionality changes (for example, when accounts or payments go live). Material changes will update the "Last updated" date below.
Reach us at coaching@kids-hockey.com until a dedicated contact address is set up ([TBD — dedicated legal/support contact email]).
Last updated: [TBD — date of legal review] — draft pending legal review. This page was drafted using our own site's real, current data practices as the source of truth (not a template from an unrelated business) and is not yet finalized by counsel.
